My download link expired or was already used

Download links are limited so they cannot be shared endlessly, so a link may stop working after it has been used or after a period of time.

This does not affect your purchase. You paid for the book and you are still entitled to it — the link is just the delivery mechanism.

Getting a new one

Message us with your order number (or the email address you used at checkout) and we will issue a fresh link, normally the same business day.

Avoiding it next time

Download and save the file to your own device the first time you open the link, rather than reading it from the link each time. Once it is saved, it is yours for good and no link is involved.
