I want to dispute a charge with my bank
If you do not recognise a charge, please talk to us first. We can nearly always identify it and resolve it the same way a bank dispute would, but faster.
Why it is worth contacting us first
A bank dispute typically takes several weeks to investigate. A refund from us is usually issued within a few business days. Opening a dispute also automatically suspends the account the order was placed under, which means you lose access to any books you have not downloaded yet.
If you have already opened a dispute
Let us know. We will supply your bank with the order details, and if the charge should not have been made we will not contest it.
