  3. Confirm the cancellation

    We email you a confirmation. No further membership payments are taken.

    Cancellations are honoured when they reach us at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Later than that, the upcoming payment may already be in progress.

  • Your books

    Everything you've downloaded is yours to keep after you cancel. Your member prices end with the membership.

  • A charge you don't recognise?

    Email contact@getdaydreamz.com with the email you ordered with. A real person reads every message and replies.
