Every DayDreamz book is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a book is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it.

What is covered

  • The book is not what you expected.
  • The file is damaged, incomplete or will not open, and we cannot fix it.
  • You were charged for something you did not intend to buy.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

How digital refunds differ

Because books are delivered as files, there is nothing to post back. We simply refund the payment; the download link is deactivated at the same time.
