How do I cancel my VIP Club membership?

You can cancel your VIP Club membership at any time, and there is no cancellation fee.

Timing matters. Cancellations are honoured when they reach us at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Later than that and the upcoming payment may already be in progress.

Ways to cancel

  • Fill in the Membership Cancellation form — the fastest route.
  • Use the contact form and write Cancel My Membership in the message.
  • Reply directly to any DayDreamz order confirmation email and ask us to cancel.

What happens after

We confirm your cancellation by email. No further payments are taken, and any books you already downloaded remain yours to keep.
