The download link is not working

Work through these in order — one of the first two fixes it most of the time.

  1. Open the link in a different browser. Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox all work; an extension or strict privacy setting in one browser can block the download.
  2. Try a different network. Office, school and hotel Wi-Fi often block file downloads. Mobile data usually works.
  3. Turn off a VPN or ad blocker for the moment you click the link.
  4. Use a computer instead of a phone, if you have one to hand.
  5. Check the link is complete. Long links sometimes break across two lines in an email — copy the whole thing into the address bar.

Still nothing?

Contact us with your order number and we will send you a fresh link. Tell us what happened when you clicked — an error message, a blank page, or nothing at all — as it helps us pin down the cause.
