Why am I being charged every month?

A monthly charge from DayDreamz means an active VIP Club membership. Books themselves are one-off purchases and are never billed on a recurring basis.

Why it started

The membership begins when an order is placed using the VIP Add to Cart button rather than the guest option. It opens with a 2-day free trial, so the first membership charge lands two days after that order rather than on the day itself. The two buttons sit next to each other on product pages, and the VIP one is easy to select without realising it carries a subscription.

What to do next

  • You want to keep it — nothing to do; after the free trial it renews every 30 days.
  • You want to stop it — see how to cancel. Cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
  • You never intended to join — message us with your order number and we will review it.
