How do I request a refund?

Step by step

  1. Open the contact form.
  2. Give us your order number (it is in your confirmation email) or the email address you checked out with.
  3. Tell us which book, and briefly why.
  4. Send it. We reply to confirm, usually within one business day.

How long the money takes

Once approved, we issue the refund immediately. It then goes back to the original payment method. Most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days — that part is on your bank's schedule, not ours.

Refunds always return to the card or wallet used for the original payment. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
