Can I re-download a book I bought earlier?
Usually yes. Start with the original confirmation email — search your mailbox for DayDreamz and try the link inside it.
If the old link no longer works
Links are limited so they cannot be shared indefinitely, so older ones may have stopped working. That does not affect your purchase. Send us your order number or the email address you bought with, and we will issue a fresh link — normally the same business day.
Once you have the file, save it somewhere permanent — your device, or a cloud drive you control. Then you never need a link again.
