I did not receive my order confirmation email

Confirmation emails normally arrive within a few minutes. If yours has not shown up:

  1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. This is where it is nearly always found.
  2. Search your mailbox for "DayDreamz" rather than scrolling — filters sometimes file it out of the inbox.
  3. Check the address you typed at checkout. A single wrong character means the email went elsewhere.
  4. Wait ten minutes. Some mail providers delay delivery at busy times.

If it still has not arrived

Contact us with the name on the order and the approximate time you bought. We will confirm the order exists and resend the email — to a corrected address if needed.
